What does ski racing insurance cover?

Our ski racing travel insurance is designed to cover athletes travelling overseas for training camps, FIS or club races, and other forms of amateur ski racing.

It combines specialist cover for ski racing and training with essential travel protection in one policy.

Sport-specific benefits can include emergency medical treatment and repatriation, ski equipment, race entry fees, and search and rescue costs.

Your wider trip can also be protected against cancellation, travel disruption and missed departure, helping cover the unexpected before you reach the start gate.

Other benefits can include personal accident, personal liability, delayed baggage and more.

Add our ski racing bolt‑on if you already have travel insurance but it doesn’t extend to this activity.

Our policies provide three different types of cover: Sports travel insurance, Sports accident, and Activity Top-Up. Please ensure you select the most suitable cover for your activity, when you get a quote and always review your policy documents.

Sports equipment is excluded under our bolt‑on cover.
