About The Role:

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to support the business with its next growth stage. This full-time role will be filled by someone who will be asked to develop, implement, and manage integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales in our B2C and B2B markets. It is critical that applicants have managed digital marketing campaigns and projects and can collaborate and work professionally with fellow team members.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the individual needs to demonstrate experience in delivering marketing strategies and campaigns to drive commercial growth. You will be able to lead marketing projects independently and collaborate with team members on those that are shared.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Create effective multi-channel marketing campaigns that are designed to drive sales and leads in our B2C and B2B product lines
  • Manage the implementation of our broker marketing strategy
  • Support marketing activities including product launches
  • Write content for our websites and other marketing collateral
  • Craft marketing content including emails, case studies, presentations, and product collateral
  • Collaborate with our Underwriting team to support new business outreach and broker engagement
  • Support our PR strategy by creating press releases for third-party agencies to work from
  • Budget management and analysis
  • Manage the efforts and deliverables of external partners including SEO and PR agencies, plus graphic designers
  • Support the Marketing Manager with the construction of annual marketing strategies
  • Produce Monthly reporting on activity to demonstrate attribution, KPIs, and returns

  

Personal Qualities:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the delivery of effective multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally in the insurance or finance sector
  • You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the principles and practices of digital marketing, including website, social media, and email marketing
  • Capable of creating and managing paid media channels including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • A strong understanding of SEO best practices
  • Experience using CMS (Preferably WordPress)
  • Experienced in leading marketing campaigns and projects that are designed to drive commercial growth
  • Experienced working with a CRM system for email marketing
  • Competent in using Google Analytics to examine website data to review performance and discover opportunities for optimisation
  • Demonstrable ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, including effective budgetary management
  • A reliable, organised, self-starter able to work effectively with minimal direction

About The Role:

 

We require an SEO Manager with strong knowledge of technical SEO (including website audits, backlinks, reporting, and migrations), keyword research, on-page optimisation and growing the website’s organic presence through content marketing.

 

You will be responsible for the management and development of our SEO strategy including technical, keyword research, content strategy and on-page optimization. You will bring new ideas to the business via your experience and expertise.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement the SEO strategy, securing top SERP positions to drive top-line growth
  • Run regular Technical SEO Audits, identifying and fixing problems, and constantly improving on-page experience to improve Organic rankings
  • Conduct robust keyword research and competitor analysis to help guide our expanding content creation processes and ongoing optimisation techniques in partnership with our Content Strategist
  • Run regular content audits to reduce content duplication, remove underperforming content and identify opportunities for improvements and ‘quick wins’
  • Plan, execute and evolve scalable link building initiatives – either in-house or working with external partners
  • Plan and execute content creation
  • Develop SEO reporting frameworks to ensure visibility for key stakeholders
  • Own day-to-day campaign performance reporting and analysis, plus monitor and track competitor activity, backlinking strategies
  • Instil an SEO-first approach to all content creation and web development

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to establish the annual SEO strategy
  • Manage the responsibilities of third-party SEO agency support

 

Personal Qualities:

 

Professional and personable with a creative mindset. Mature, credible, reliable, and determined, with a motivation for creating engaging visuals that directly impact the success of the business. Effective communicator, able to work independently and as a team player, alongside employees at all levels of seniority.

 

Specific Job Skills:

 

  • 5+ years of technical SEO experience (agency or in-house)
  • 5+ years of quality content creation and content auditing (agency or in-house)
  • Extensive past use of third-party SEO tools (eg. SEM Rush, Ahrefs, MOZ, Screaming Frog) and web analytics tools (eg. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and WebTrends) etc.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Proven experience in delivering clear commercial outcomes (ie. increase in traffic, conversions etc.) from SEO strategy inception to implementation
  • Competent using Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel or Google Sheets

About the role:

 

You will work in the IT team who are responsible for developing the insurance e-commerce platform and backend systems running our business. You will be involved both with maintaining and developing features for our existing systems and green-field projects as the business moves into exciting new areas.

 

You will be involved in development using Microsoft .Net, C#, SQL Server, Azure, MVC/Web API, JavaScript, VueJS

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop, test and deploy solutions to our insurance platform
  • Create technical documentation
  • Working with stakeholders to gather requirements to implement new features and improve existing systems
  • Support existing deployments and troubleshoot issues
  • Participate in development team meetings, code reviews and pair programming
 

Requirements:


For the Junior role:

 

  • A-Level mathematics or equivalent
  • Adaptable and quick to pick up new skills
  • Passion for technology and solving problems
  • Excellent communication skills
 

For the Mid-Level role:

 

  • At least 3 years’ commercial experience in Microsoft .Net, C#, ASP.Net, MVC, WebAPI
  • Strong SQL Server skills
  • Good knowledge of modern HTML, JavaScript, CSS
  • A working knowledge of IIS and Windows Server or Azure
  • Adaptable and quick to pick up new skills
  • Passion for technology and solving problems
  • Some experience gathering requirements and writing specifications preferred
