Extremely efficient and straightforward
Exceptionally friendly and helpful I had queries about the wording regarding cover for pre existing medical conditions and phoned expecting to have to cancel my policy I spoke to an extremely pleasant service agent about my concerns who spoke with medical underwriters and re- issued my policy very quickly to my complete satisfaction. I was gobsmacked: I did not expect the level of service I got in relation to an insurance product. Thank you so much!

Okay
I'm left wondering if I have bought top up sports insurance on top of my general travel insurance or have taken out a standalone policy. Expected it to become clearer as I went through the buying process but it didn't. Feel that I have overbought insurance.
