Unusually the phone was answered quickly.The person who answered the phone was clear and explained everything without trying to influence my decisions. The change in policy was done with the minimum of fuss.
It's insurance that doesn't become active until April. Why send me mithering emails bugging me to review. Its a nonsense. With any luck I won't need to use their services so I still won't be in a position to review. Until I need to claim, any review is meaningless

We also send out an email after they have had a claim to ask for their feedback at that point. I can see that this was agreed when purchasing the policy. Tried to renew online (to gain maximum discount on outrageous 50% increase for now being 70!), but neither of the two medical questions gave me the opportunity to select anything related to heart attack, or to pain in the hip … so in the end had to start from scratch, which at least resulted in a 10% discount.
