The only thing I will say is that I never received an email confirmation of the cover I took out, neither was it explained just what cover I was to receive!
We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive your documents. The policy documents are generated at the point that the payment goes through, so you should have received them almost instantly. It's possible that they may have gone into your junkmail folder, or been stopped by a firewall. I have just resent them to you, so if you still cannot find them, please send me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and I will reply attaching the documents tomy email. They should get through to you that way.
I see that you took out your policy via our website. On the quote page there is a full list of all the benefits covered under the policy, and a Quote Summary explaining what is covered. There is also a link to the Wording Booklet which contains all the details of the cover. Clear website. I phoned enquiring on one aspect and the lady on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful. Did exactly what she promised. No farcical medical exclusions. Good price. 4 stars only as I've not had any experience of their claims procedures. Hopefully I'll never have to make a claim.
Having 'trawled'the old interweb, filling out the online 'forms' and speaking to several other supposedley none of whom were able or willing to help, Sports direct came to the rescue and within ten -fifteen mins all done ! Mind you the proof of the pudding as they say.....is in the eating, so hopefully it will be just as good a service in the event of a claim.

Telephoned for a quote, received clear and concise information from the rep, she was very helpful and understanding (I was arranging last minute cover for my son's skydive in Australia later that day so I was a little stressed - lol). She even waited on the phone to check the documents had all come through on e-mail. All went smoothly - the insurance cover and the dive!
