I am disappointed no cover confrimation has been emailed .
I have not received confirmation of my order yet I have received a feedback questionnaire please contact them and ask them to send the cover details to me ASAP. I have not received payment conformation email either very strange yet my email works as I have received this one canvassing my opinion of their service (most unsatisfactory).
We're very sorry to hear that you have not received your documents. Our records show that they were emailed to you on 19th Jan at 16:38. Can you confirm whether you have checked your junkmail folder? As your email address appears to be a work email, it may be that there is a firewall set to stop certain emails getting through. As our email had several attachments containing all your policy documents it may have been blocked for that reason. The email has just been resent to you. If you still cannot see it in your inbox, please can you send me a quick email me at firstname.lastname@example.org . I can then reply to that, and you should get them documents that way, as your computer will then "recognise" where they are being sent from, and they won't be blocked. Also, if you have another email address, please send details, and we can forward the documents to that one too. I will also post a copy of your documents to you today. As Feefo are an independent company who we purely use to ask customers to rate our service, emails from them are sent by their company, not ourselves.
I have used Sports Cover Direct in 2015 and reason I have gone with them again this year is based on their cover and competitive prices. The cover is all encompassing (Gold) and gives me that extra piece of mind.
