If you're going abroad to play lacrosse, whether that be for leisure or competition, our Sports Travel Insurance is available. Our policy includes cover for medical costs, trip cancellation and curtailment, plus more.
2. Travel Insurance Bolt-On
If you already have a travel insurance policy in place with another provider such as your bank but it does not include cover for playing lacrosse, we can provide a bolt-on style of protection for your trip.
3. Sports Accident Insurance
Our Sports Accident Insurance is designed to protect you whilst playing lacrosse in the UK, whether that be for leisure or competition. The policy provides a range of benefits including personal accident and income protection.

Standard travel insurance policies do not always cover so called contact sports. Our Sports Travel Insurance is specifically designed to cover over 500 high risk activities such as bungee jumping, skateboarding, ski-acrobatics and many more.
No, unfortunately our policies can not provide cover for professionals. A professional is any person who derives more than £5,000 income per calendar year from their participation in a sport or activity. Benefits received such as free or reduced-cost accommodation, entry fees or clothing are not considered to be income.
Also any person who has a contract of employment (paid or unpaid), a sports scholarship or where their full-time occupation is undertaking the sport / activity.
Yes, our Lacrosse Travel Insurance can generally be taken out even if you have a medical condition. We can almost always offer cover at no extra cost, but occasionally our underwriters may apply special terms if you subsequently needed to make a claim relating to your condition.
You can purchase our Lacrosse Insurance online up until 74 years old. Above this age, you would need to call us on 01494 484800 and we will be able to refer your quote to our underwriters. Please note, our quotes are based on your age at the start date of cover.
