Online, easy enough
Sports Cover Direct were responsive to any queries via the chat line, providing info I needed regarding medical declarations. Unfortunately they are not able to advise what the terms will be regarding the declarations until the policy is purchased, though the cost isn’t affected. I wasn’t sure if they would exclude any cover triggering my option of cancelling (within 28/30days?) but SCD only increased my excess for declared issues. All good, fully covered with some increased excesses which is fair.
