Easy to renew on line
Got an e mail which went into junk telling me the policy would renew automatically. Then got another mail which made me renew manually as I wasn’t sure it would renew automatically

Staff are great to deal with.
Have now been with the Company for several years now. Staff are great to deal with. My only problem is the cost which keeps rising. Unfortunately may have to look at other sites next year.

I researched particulars online and found Sports Cover Direct - Easy to find a range of options for sports holiday /more extreme hiking insurance with clear outlines. Even additional cover for a particular activity is possible. No phaff. When I then needed to discuss a recent medical issue, customer service was efficient and cool. I would buy from them again.

Quick and straightforward when online
Adviser told me to go online as I knew the golf cover required completed form obtained username and set-up password then I was good to go

I was emailed a renewal quote which was reasonable. I didn't have to react to it if I was satisfied with the quote and the policy renewed a couple of weeks later.

General providing of information was not a lot different.
Tailored insurance that met our needs. The excess for the medical conditions was better than an inflated premium. Understanding the risks with the sports was benficial.
