Straightforward; professional; efficient; competent.
Have been with Sports Cover Direct for several years; insurance for my Golf Clubs and accessories.. Never had to make a claim but I know from the care, interest in my sport, and the professional way my renewals are handled, I'm comfortable with the team at HQ. Very easy to deal with.
