customer service great, online system needs improvement
Callum was very helpful once we found a bug in the online system. We bought two group policies, two Basketball teams going to two different destinations. If we could upload names and birth dates for groups it would really help.

The website was informative and easy to use. The options for the different levels of insurance and the costs thereof were clear and easy to understand. Once the appropriate level of cover was decided upon, it was easy to complete the process and make the payment. SportsCover Direct confirmed the policy was in place immediately. I am sending details of SportsCover Direct to a golfing friend as he also needs insurance cover for his buggy.
