basis for a Sports Accident and Travel Insurance
underwritten by Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's.

TeamGuard is the name for sports team accident insurance
available in the UK through the agency of SportsCover Direct
Limited, a Lloyds of London cover holder. The insurance
offered complies with all applicable legal, licensing and
Financial Services Authority regulatory requirements.
SportsCover Direct is permitted by the Financial Services
Authority from the date of insurance industry regulation to
carry out any type of non-investment insurance contracts
under Part IV of the Financial Services and Markets Act
2000.
