The open area allows the insured and anyone with the insured's name and policy number to view essential insurance information quickly and easily. Friends and family, medical officers and others such as those who require a proof of insurance whilst travelling can access the details they require. The open area contains:
- Current Policies: A list of all currently held policy’s to act as a proof of insurance,
- Messages: Read and send messages to a customer whilst they are travelling,
- Medical Details: View emergency medical details for the customer in the event of an accident,
- Itinerary: Read the customers itinerary or travel log.
