Existing customers, sign in:
This area allows any customer to gain access to their insurance from anywhere at any time. The customer area contains:
- Your Details: Allows you to view and update your details (such as address, email, telephone number and password) quickly and easily without having to use the telephone,
- Orders & Renewals: To view your order history of policies and also email them to anyone to act as a proof of insurance. You can also renew your insurance with a 10% discount when it is time to renew quickly and easily and, whilst a holder of a current policy you will gain a 5% discount on all additional purchases,
- Medical Information: Allows you to enter your emergency medical details. In the case of an emergency a doctor will be able to access them via your open area if you choose,
- Messages: If you are travelling you can use the message facility to post a message to friends and family,
- Itinerary: Record your travel diary or log and display it for your friends and family to read, keeping them up to date with what you are up to,
- Ask a Question: If you have a question you can send it via this area, avoiding having to tell us all your policy details each time.
